As someone who is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, speaker, classically trained actor, playwright, screenwriter, and author, my experience brings over 15 years of working with creative thinking. Together, we will go from identifying goals to achieving goals.
My approach is designed to fit my client’s needs and relies on developing personal strengths through the use of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, and other holistic approaches to achieving emotional wellness.
